Key Responsibilities
- Creates and maintains facility contact database
- Schedules and organizes candidate itineraries, interview schedules, and travel logistics
- Provides administrative support and reconciles travel and expense reports
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with 3 or more years of related experience
- Strong calendaring and scheduling skills
- Able to work independently while elevating critical issues to management
- Good organizational skills
- Able to effectively prioritize work daily
