A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to support its fast-moving Adobe business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full cycle recruiting for technical roles across Adobe Experience Cloud and related digital transformation services
- Manage end-to-end hiring operations in Workday from requisition creation through offer
- Source, screen, and assess candidates in competitive markets using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in a consulting, agency, RPO, or scaled staffing environment
- Prior experience recruiting for Adobe Experience Cloud roles (AEM, Target, Analytics, Campaign, AJO) preferred
- Advanced user of Workday or similar enterprise-level ATS
- Comfort working in a high-volume, data-driven, and fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to balance multiple priorities, projects, and systems with grace and accuracy
