Key Responsibilities
- Manage candidate progression through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and oversee candidate disposition
- Address and resolve hiring discrepancies and modifications efficiently
- Oversee the end-to-end background check process, ensuring timely completion and communication with all parties involved
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced administrative role, preferably in Talent Acquisition or HR
- Proven experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong ability to independently verify information and handle sensitive hiring-related matters
- Experience in managing multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
- Adaptability to changing priorities throughout the workday
