Key Responsibilities

• Launch and plan a new JPro Local Group, supporting local professionals and promoting offerings
• Design and manage the Jewish Talent Project, establishing relationships with stakeholders and facilitating communication
• Monitor progress, assist in talent recruitment, and implement best practices to improve organizational culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
• 6-10 years of experience in a talent-related field or volunteer leadership in a non-profit organization
• Strong understanding of talent management and HR best practices
• Experience working with philanthropists and community leaders
• Familiarity with the Jewish community and its customs
