A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst responsible for overseeing the administration of domestic and international benefit plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and provide customer service support
- Administer the annual open enrollment process and manage benefit transactions
- Collaborate with third-party administrators and assist in the implementation of new benefit programs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a related field
- Strong knowledge of benefits-related regulations such as ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, FMLA, and ADA
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
