Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Call Center Representative who will serve as the primary point of contact for various inquiries related to HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support for HR-related inquiries through multiple channels including phone, chat, and email
- Process HR transactional tasks such as Employment Verifications, Payroll processing, and HR Document Management
- Manage difficult situations and ensure high-quality customer service while resolving cases in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen
- High school diploma or equivalent required with 3+ years of related experience
- Previous experience in a high-volume transaction service center environment
- Working knowledge of Workday or Service Now, and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities effectively
