Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Call Center Representative who will serve as the primary point of contact for various inquiries related to HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1 support for HR-related inquiries through multiple channels including phone, chat, and email
  • Process HR transactional tasks such as Employment Verifications, Payroll processing, and HR Document Management
  • Manage difficult situations and ensure high-quality customer service while resolving cases in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • High school diploma or equivalent required with 3+ years of related experience
  • Previous experience in a high-volume transaction service center environment
  • Working knowledge of Workday or Service Now, and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities effectively
