Job Summary
A company is looking for a Coordinator - Pre-Employment Background Screening - REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and adjudicate candidate background reports to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Conduct monthly audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to the Compliance Team as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Three (3) years or more in a related field and/or Human Resources required
- Strong knowledge in HR Compliance, Recruiting, or Staffing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Programs: Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint
