Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house at a SaaS company
- Experience sourcing and hiring Go-To-Market & Engineering talent
- Greenhouse experience is required
- Ability to build professional relationships using a consultative communication style
