Key Responsibilities
- Administer and oversee daily operations of employee benefits plans, including health insurance and wellness initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless benefits plan administration
- Analyze benefits data and trends, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with regulations governing employee benefits
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least five years of experience in benefits administration and analysis
- Strong proficiency in benefits administration platforms, particularly Workday
- Thorough understanding of benefits regulations and compliance standards
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and V-lookups
