Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS and Compensation Specialist based in the Pacific/Mountain Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily HRIS operations, including system integrity, security access, and maintenance
  • Prepare and maintain employee and position data, ensuring data integrity and reporting needs are met
  • Administer and maintain the organization's compensation program, collaborating with management on compensation-related issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in HRIS technology, with a focus on Compensation Management preferred
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Automate, Tableau) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with HRIS implementation and upgrades
  • Human Resources Information Professional (HRIP) certification is a plus
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and prioritize multiple projects
