- Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership and corporate roles across various departments
- Partner with executive stakeholders to define hiring needs and develop interview strategies
- Build and execute sourcing strategies to engage top-tier passive talent
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience focused on corporate or leadership-level roles
- Proven ability to consult and collaborate with senior stakeholders strategically
- Experience managing longer-cycle recruiting efforts and candidate engagement
- Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies and talent market dynamics
- Located in PA, Southern NJ, DE, or MD and willing to travel to Philadelphia HQ quarterly if hired full-time
