Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers to resolve insurance-related issues
• Utilize multiple systems and portals to process patient prescription orders and handle inbound and outbound calls
• Ensure timely delivery of services while embodying a patient-first approach

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare environment, specifically in medical insurance, benefits verification, or medical billing
• 1+ years of experience with Windows-based applications such as Microsoft Office and internet navigation
• 1+ years of keyboarding experience and proficiency
• Must have a direct internet connection and a secure home workspace free from distractions
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
