Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers to resolve insurance-related issues
- Utilize multiple systems and portals to process patient prescription orders and handle inbound and outbound calls
- Ensure timely delivery of services while embodying a patient-first approach
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a healthcare environment, specifically in medical insurance, benefits verification, or medical billing
- 1+ years of experience with Windows-based applications such as Microsoft Office and internet navigation
- 1+ years of keyboarding experience and proficiency
- Must have a direct internet connection and a secure home workspace free from distractions
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
