A company is looking for a Client Success Specialist (US based only).
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor support queue, classify inquiries, and respond to client retirement plan questions
- Research and resolve complex client requests by collaborating with team members
- Conduct proactive communications with clients to address needs and enhance satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a client service role
- 1-2 years of experience with cloud-based CRM platforms preferred
- Knowledge of 401(k) plan administration and related regulations
- Willingness to work 8am-5pm Pacific time (11am-8pm Eastern)
- Spanish fluency is a plus
