Key Responsibilities

  • Triages cases with missing information and initiates prior authorization processes as needed
  • Completes quality reviews of work and reports reimbursement trends to management
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, medical billing and coding, or benefits verification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience in healthcare or business administration is beneficial
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
