A company is looking for a Bilingual English and Spanish Pre-Visit Care Connector.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic outreach to members and manage inbound calls
- Document member assessments and ensure access to Primary Care Providers
- Provide excellent customer service and meet quality and productivity metrics
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of call center and/or telephonic customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
- 2+ years of healthcare experience or social work/community outreach experience
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
