A company is looking for a Bilingual English and Spanish - Customer Service Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims
- Guide customers in selecting benefit plan options and maximizing their health plan benefits
- Initiate outreach to members and assist with appointment scheduling and navigation of online resources
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to work full-time during specified business hours, including occasional overtime
