Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to GE Appliances owners in both English and Spanish, focusing on sales and service
• Resolve customer inquiries related to product information, service, parts, and delivery
• Create and update owner records while adhering to established guidelines and safety policies

Required Qualifications

• One year of relevant experience in a customer service or sales environment
• Ability to research and analyze data to make sound decisions on escalated matters
• Familiarity with web-based systems and multiple software applications
• Must have a dedicated and quiet workspace for remote work
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
