Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
- Help customers resolve basic technical issues
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both Spanish and English
- Must reside in the state of New Mexico
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- A high school diploma or GED
- Open availability and a quiet, distraction-free work environment
