Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual: Spanish/English) Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
• Help customers resolve basic technical issues
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both Spanish and English
• Must reside in the state of New Mexico
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• A high school diploma or GED
• Open availability and a quiet, distraction-free work environment
