A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative (Bilingual: French / English).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer communications, including onboarding and retention
- Provide user support and resolve product-related issues via various communication channels
- Conduct compliance verification and manage administrative tasks related to customer accounts
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in English and French (reading, writing, speaking)
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in a support center
- End-user application certification
- Basic understanding of Health and Safety and contractor management
