A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative- Bilingual/French - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for general billing inquiries and verify account information
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating when necessary
- Identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and follow up as needed
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service or contact center environment
- Understanding of streaming services and basic troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in verbal and written French and English
- Basic PC keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office experience
- Technical support experience preferred
