Bilingual Customer Support Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative- Bilingual/French - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for general billing inquiries and verify account information
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating when necessary
• Identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and follow up as needed

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or contact center environment
• Understanding of streaming services and basic troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in verbal and written French and English
• Basic PC keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office experience
• Technical support experience preferred
