Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for general billing inquiries and verify account information
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary
- Identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and follow up as needed
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or contact center environments
- Basic troubleshooting skills related to streaming services
- Proficiency in both French and English
- Basic PC keyboarding skills and experience with Microsoft Office
- Technical support experience is preferred
