Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative- Bilingual/French - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for general billing inquiries and verify account information
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary
• Identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and follow up as needed

Required Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or contact center environments
• Basic troubleshooting skills related to streaming services
• Proficiency in both French and English
• Basic PC keyboarding skills and experience with Microsoft Office
• Technical support experience is preferred
