Bilingual Funding Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Funding Officer, Concierge Support (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and complete the loan adjudication process by validating documentation and reviewing loan conditions
• Provide detailed customer-oriented service to all Partners and Borrowers, responding to inquiries promptly
• Maintain knowledge of lending requirements and follow security procedures to prevent loss due to fraud

Required Qualifications

• Bilingualism in French is required
• Customer service experience is required
• 1+ years of experience in financial services or call center environment is an asset
• Technical and organizational abilities are a must
• Availability to work between 4:00 PM and 12:00 AM ET, Monday to Friday, and occasional weekend shifts
