A company is looking for a Call Center Representative (Medicaid Support).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable responses to client inquiries and escalate complex cases as needed
- Update account history and follow up with clients to ensure resolution of inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to resolve client inquiries and recommend procedural changes for efficiency
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment preferred
- Ability to provide high-quality customer service to Medicaid recipients
- Experience in assisting with eligibility and claims inquiries
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
