Key Responsibilities
- Educate and enroll employees in their company's voluntary and supplemental benefit plans
- Assist employees with filing claims for supplemental insurance coverage
- Provide ongoing administrative support to policyholders and employer accounts, ensuring smooth benefits management
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- 1-2 years of employee benefits experience
- Life & Health insurance license required
- High school diploma or equivalent
