A company is looking for a Health Wellness Coach Bilingual 100% Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize behavior change solutions and coaching techniques to improve patient outcomes
• Conduct video consultations and design personalized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and document patient interactions as required

Required Qualifications

• NBHWC Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach
• Bilingual, Spanish speaking
• 2+ years of experience as a health coach or wellness educator
• Proficient with virtual care tools and database management
• Strong understanding of Motivational Interviewing and behavioral change techniques
