A company is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and educate patients about healthcare needs and benefits through outbound calls
- Build rapport and present the value of healthcare programs to members
- Help members set healthcare goals and resolve potential issues while providing exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Strong computer experience, including data entry and navigation
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
- Able to provide two monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
