Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries and develop positive relationships with customers, operations, and vendors
- Research and resolve customer service issues within specified timeframes
- Maintain knowledge of the travel industries and use it to educate customers
Required Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of the corporate travel industry
- Proficiency in GDS Amadeus
- Experience with online support and booking tools, such as Concur
- Understanding of ARC rules and regulations
- Positive customer service attitude
