Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager with a focus on growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the customer lifecycle post-sale, driving adoption, satisfaction, and expansion opportunities
- Build deep, strategic relationships with customer stakeholders to become a trusted advisor
- Identify, qualify, and partner with Sales to close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Growth experience within cybersecurity startups or early-stage environments
- Proven track record of driving account expansion and managing renewal processes
- Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity solutions and customer pain points
- Highly entrepreneurial, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving GTM structure
- Outstanding relationship management and commercial acumen
