Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and resolve up to 60 calls daily in a call center environment
  • Interact with patients, affiliate partners, payers, and healthcare providers via phone
  • Collect payments and provide guidance on payment options for outstanding balances
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years' healthcare experience, preferably in medical billing and direct patient contact
  • Written and verbal fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Technical proficiency in relevant software and systems
  • Professional maturity and ability to exercise sound judgment
