Key Responsibilities
- Receive and resolve up to 60 calls daily in a call center environment
- Interact with patients, affiliate partners, payers, and healthcare providers via phone
- Collect payments and provide guidance on payment options for outstanding balances
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' healthcare experience, preferably in medical billing and direct patient contact
- Written and verbal fluency in both English and Spanish
- Technical proficiency in relevant software and systems
- Professional maturity and ability to exercise sound judgment
