A company is looking for a National Account Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer care and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects while maintaining professionalism and discipline
- Manage inbound communications, work queue, and proactively make outbound calls to set customer appointments
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (TEAMS, One-drive, SharePoint) required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must provide your own personal computer and hardwired internet connection
- Availability to work 5 days a week, including weekends
