A company is looking for a Support Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage incoming customer issues and direct them to the appropriate teams
- Provide customer support by addressing queries and concerns in a timely manner
- Utilize JIRA to track and manage customer support issues and maintain documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role
- Proficient in using JIRA or similar ticketing systems
- Familiarity with creating and maintaining documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work 8 to 5 Pacific Standard Time (Mandatory)
