Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual (English / Spanish) Medicare Sales Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from prospective members and convert them into qualified leads and sales
• Follow up with members regarding questions and assist with product selection and enrollment
• Document member information while engaging with them and demonstrating product knowledge

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• No prior insurance license required; training will be provided to obtain necessary licenses
• Ability to meet performance, attendance, and consumer experience goals
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Sales experience preferred but not mandatory
