Key Responsibilities:
- Acquisition of New Customers: Identify and target potential clients to acquire new business opportunities. Build a solid pipeline of leads and actively work to convert them into customers.
- Handle Existing Projects: Manage and oversee the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Act as the point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Execute New Projects: Work on launching new projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met while aligning with the client's expectations.
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate all project-related activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and resources. Monitor the project lifecycle and handle any issues or risks that may arise.
- Video Conference Meetings with New Clients: Conduct virtual meetings to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and pitch our services. Build relationships and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Business Development: Strategize and execute plans to expand the company’s market presence, identify new growth opportunities, and drive long-term success.
- Revenue Generation: Focus on generating revenue by converting leads into customers, upselling services to existing clients, and ensuring that projects remain profitable.
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to client post-sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Address client inquiries and resolve issues as they arise.
- Coordinate with Technical Teams: Collaborate closely with the technical teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood, timelines are met, and solutions are delivered as per client specifications.
Requirements/ Qualification:
- Graduation in any field.
- 1-4 experience in Business Development/ Sales and Marketing.
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
- Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and challenges.
