Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Sleep Coach (Call Center Agent).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to patients for CPAP supply reorders and ensure compliance and satisfaction
- Promote sales of CPAP equipment and accessories to achieve specified reorder rates
- Maintain accurate patient records and provide timely responses to patient inquiries
Required Qualifications:
- GED or High School Diploma
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed
- Ability to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
- Compliance with security policies to safeguard company and client information
