Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Sleep Coach (Call Center Agent).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to patients for CPAP supply reorders and ensure compliance and satisfaction
• Promote sales of CPAP equipment and accessories to achieve specified reorder rates
• Maintain accurate patient records and provide timely responses to patient inquiries

Required Qualifications:

• GED or High School Diploma
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed
• Ability to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
• Compliance with security policies to safeguard company and client information
