Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Online Chat Support Representative to join our team. As a Chat Support Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through live chat. You will respond to customer inquiries resolve issues and provide product information in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities Respond to Customer Inquiries Answer customer questions and provide solutions to their problems through live chat. Resolve Issues Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Provide Product Information Offer detailed information about our products and services to customers. Maintain Accurate Records Document customer interactions issues and resolutions in our CRM system. Meet Performance Metrics Achieve performance metrics such as first response time resolution rate and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Team Members Work with other support team members to resolve complex issues and share knowledge. Stay Up-to-Date with Product Knowledge Participate in training sessions and stay current with product updates to provide accurate information to customers.
