A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support for the Kansas Child Support program remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from consumers and assist with inquiries regarding child support cases
- Track and document all inquiries, complete associated tasks, and meet performance metrics
