Job Summary
A company is looking for a Work from Home Bilingual (Spanish) COAF Recovery Sr. Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers regarding charged-off accounts
- Perform account-level research and update documentation for accurate records
- Assist customers in understanding their account responsibilities and facilitate payment arrangements
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
- At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Fluent in Spanish and English
