Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and restaurants
- Manage incoming tickets from email or text via CRM and return calls for voicemails
- Perform minor troubleshooting and facilitate documentation between restaurants and customers
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
- Experience in a call center or food industry is a plus
- Self-directed and self-motivated
