Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and restaurants
- Manage incoming tickets via CRM and return calls for voicemails
- Document correspondence and perform minor troubleshooting for product or service issues
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Fluent in English and Thai
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
- Experience in a call center or food industry is a plus
- Self-directed and self-motivated
