Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients in a courteous, professional, accurate, and timely manner
- Identify product issues and resolve or escalate them while documenting all client interactions
- Develop strong working relationships across various teams and support new product launches and business initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics; other majors considered with relevant interest
- Proven experience in a customer service role or contact center is a plus
- Exposure to the financial industry, banking, or commercial real estate is advantageous
- Experience with SalesForce or another CRM is preferred
- Basic understanding of finance and commercial real estate terminology is beneficial
