A company is looking for an Advanced Technical Support Agent - Remote/Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues via email and phone
- Diagnose problems and offer resolutions for technical and service inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and escalate complex issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience in troubleshooting technology
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Working knowledge of operating systems such as Windows 7 & 10
- Familiarity with MS Office suite & Skype for Business
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
