A company is looking for a Verification Specialist - Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify customer loan information through inbound and outbound calls
- Document and accurately enter new or updated information received during verification calls
- Identify and escalate verification or fraudulent issues to management
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of office or customer service experience required
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, and email
- Strong typing skills
- Availability for one evening shift per week and one half-day on Saturday every 5 weeks
