Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Communicates with patients, government agencies, and third-party payers to gather and process information for reimbursements
• Reviews unpaid claims and initiates actions to resolve reimbursements and collect accounts
• Completes billing and collection processes while meeting productivity and quality performance expectations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
• Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
• Medical billing and collections experience: Preferred
