Key Responsibilities
- Investigates, analyzes, negotiates, resolves, documents, and reports on consumer and commercial billing issues and complaints
- Identifies solutions to address billing issues and presents resolution options to customers
- Negotiates and authorizes billing settlements within established limits and adjusts customer accounts

- Knowledge of consumer and commercial billing processes
- Ability to negotiate settlements effectively
