• Provide guidance on coding and billing issues while ensuring compliance with policies
• Conduct reviews of system codes and implement improvements for billing accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical coding/billing
• Proficiency in EPIC, MS Excel, and MS Word
• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
• Preferred certifications include CCS, CPC, or RHIA/RHIT
