BIM MEP Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BIM MEP Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project aspects including technical modeling, budget management, and client relations
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while leading a team of BIM engineers
• Conduct project finances analysis, including budgeting and change orders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• Broad experience working with MEP trades
• Previous experience in Project Management positions
• Knowledge of Revit and Navisworks software
• Experience with projects located in the US is preferred
