Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst Data Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities
• Conduct root cause analyses and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (foreign equivalent degrees accepted)
• 5-8 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or operations
• Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt certification
• Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools
• Basic to Intermediate knowledge of MS SQL and/or Oracle
