- Collaborate with the development team to ensure course materials align with industry standards and enhance learner engagement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's degree in Business Administration or Information Systems preferred
- ITIL 4 certification (Foundation, Managing Professional, or Strategic Leader) is mandatory
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Blackboard
- Experience in corporate training or IT consulting
