- Participate in compensation surveys and support market competitive analysis for talent management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field
- OR equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerBI, Power Query, and Power Apps
- Statistical analysis skills and knowledge of statistical software
- Ability to use low code (e.g. SQL) for data processing
