Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support analytics strategy for compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and align the data and analytics roadmap with the broader HR data strategy
• Implement data strategies and create tools to enhance business efficiency and inform decisions
• Participate in compensation surveys and support market competitive analysis for talent management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field
• OR equivalent experience
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerBI, Power Query, and Power Apps
• Statistical analysis skills and knowledge of statistical software
• Ability to use low code (e.g. SQL) for data processing
