Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Analyst, Lifecycle Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the analyst embedded on the lifecycle team to deliver insights that influence roadmap and messaging decisions
- Define and maintain core KPIs related to customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value
- Own end-to-end dashboard development to inform lifecycle campaign performance and marketing impact
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in data analytics, focusing on CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Python, Tableau, or Hex for data analysis and visualization
- Deep understanding of customer segmentation, funnel analysis, and LTV modeling
- Experience in A/B testing and translating findings into strategy
- Familiarity with ETL frameworks and collaboration with data engineers
